Integration Therapy

Is REALIGN™ Right For You ?

REALIGN™ is best suited for people who are already self-reflective, have some therapeutic insight, and feel ready to move beyond understanding into embodied change.

It is not crisis intervention or symptom management.

It is a contained, nervous-system-led process for people who sense they are outgrowing old identities and patterns, but want to integrate that change safely and sustainably.

Clients often notice:

  • greater calm and safety in the body
  • clearer decision-making
  • less internal effort and self-management
  • more alignment between who they are and how they live

Neuroscience-Based Integration

Integration that works with how the brain actually changes

REALIGN™ is grounded in neuroscience — not slogans or surface-level processing.

Human change occurs at the level of the nervous system. When someone has a meaningful experience — whether through therapy, somatic work, life transition, or psychedelic-assisted work — the nervous system becomes temporarily more plastic. This creates a window in which the brain is capable of updating its internal predictions about self, safety, relationships, and possibility.

Without a structured, nervous-system-first approach, the brain tends to revert to old patterns once emotional intensity fades. REALIGN intentionally anchors new insights and state shifts inside regulated neural states so they persist beyond the moment of the experience.

This is integration as neural learning, not just memory.

REALIGN was created specifically to address the problem of insight without integration — where awareness increases, but identity and behaviour do not reliably change.

It functions as a structured integration framework, designed to translate moments of insight into stable nervous system and identity change.

Holistic Approach to Integration

Meaningful change across mind, body, identity, and behaviour

REALIGN does not treat insight as an intellectual event. Insight that is disconnected from the body and nervous system can feel transformative, yet fail to reorganise the system.

This approach integrates the full architecture of change, bringing together:

  • nervous system regulation and safety physiology
  • implicit memory reconsolidation and prediction updating
  • identity repatterning and coherence work
  • behavioural and real-world application

Integration is therefore not fragmented. Change occurs across the whole system — body, nervous system, relational patterns, sense of self, and future trajectory.

Especially following experiences that temporarily increase neural plasticity — including psychedelic experiences — this holistic scaffold allows new learning to become embodied, coherent change, rather than a fleeting insight.

Evidence-Informed Practice

Grounded in mechanisms of learning, plasticity, and state-dependent change

REALIGN is not based on guesswork or interpretation alone. It aligns with well-established principles of how the brain learns and updates:

  • learning occurs when the nervous system is regulated, not threatened
  • memory reconsolidation is triggered by prediction error in safe contexts
  • identity change requires repeated, embodied updating — not insight alone
  • psychedelic experiences can increase plasticity, but require integration structure for durability

While integration as a field continues to evolve, REALIGN draws directly from neuroscience, developmental theory, and learning science to guide its methods. The focus remains on what the nervous system actually needs to update, rather than what the mind believes has changed.

This is evidence-informed integration — not anecdote-only interpretation.

Personalised Integration For Your Nervous System

Because no two nervous systems integrate the same way

Integration is not one-size-fits-all. Each nervous system carries its own history, protective strategies, thresholds, and learning patterns.

REALIGN meets you where your nervous system is now. Whether you are integrating a psychedelic experience, previous therapy, somatic work, or a significant life transition, the process is tailored to how your system holds safety, processes change, and updates identity.

We work with:

  • your physiology of regulation and safety
  • your identity architecture and self-model
  • your past neural learning and defensive predictions
  • the specific insights you are integrating and how they intersect with daily life

This work is not prescriptive. It is responsive and precise — shaped around how your nervous system learns, stabilises, and actualises change.

Although I do not administer psychedelic therapy myself — and this work does not involve the administration of psychedelic substances — REALIGN provides a safe, neuroscience-grounded integration container for people who have had such experiences and wish to integrate them carefully and effectively.

Integration That Lasts

REALIGN does not simply help you make sense of an experience. It helps your system hold, embody, and express change in everyday life.

Clients commonly leave with:

  • insights that translate into behaviour
  • nervous system regulation that persists outside sessions
  • coherent identity shifts rather than fragmented realisations
  • reduced internal conflict and increased self-trust

This integration is not about narration alone.

It is about transformation that lands in the body, informs choice, and reshapes day-to-day living.
